All the ladies dressed up in 80’s outfits for our Insanity class this morning. With the school holidays in full swing,  their children were allowed to join the class as well. All the members enjoyed this class and it was great to have some children there to bring in new energy to the class. The ladies also loved having their kids there for some quality bonding time.

Afterwards we treated them with some muffins. What a great way to kick-off the weekend!
