Resistance training involves exercises causing muscles to contract against an external resistance. This form of exercise increases strength, tone, mass and endurance. Our Resistance Training equipment includes:
- Upper body exercise machines
- Lower body exercise machines

Aerobic exercise involves activities where large muscles in arms, legs and hips move repeatedly, increasing heart rate and building cardiovascular fitness and endurance.
Our Aerobic Studio offers a full range of aerobics classes. Consult the Program section for class offerings and schedules.

This club features separate, fully-fitted male and female changing rooms, including:
- A locker area to store valuables during your workout
- A vanity area (female change rooms include hairdryers)
